Day 1 - Tuesday 08.03 / if everybody isn't here yet
- Check the different vision website : Com' Blog : http://www.citilabpro.eu/vision/ + Technical Wiki : http://citilabpro.eu/visionwiki/
- Discussion about the tools that we should still develop (and document) : stopmotion, video editing, Trickbox, web 2.0 & 3.0 (web tool kit)
Day 1 - Tuesday end of afternoon ? / when everybody is here
- Point on where we are in the VISION Project, what remains to do
- Definition of the tools choosen
- Typical method to "finish" one tool : issues, technical explanation, pedagogical explanation, how to make a workshop with it, video, photo and text documentation, put on line all those contents (+ files / software needed)
Night 1 - Rest
Day 2 - Wednesday 09.03 / Morning
- Inscribe everybody on the 2 websites (blog and wiki)
- Mini workshop : how to put contents on the 2 websites
- Pre-fill these websites corresponding to the projects defined
- Constitution of groups to work on the different tools
Day 2 - Wednesday 09.03 / Afternoon
- Several groups working on the different tools : developpements, tests, txt, photo, tutorial video
Night 2 - P2P2P Battle
Day 3 - Thursday 10.03 / Morning
- Is everything ok ? Difficulties and happiness
- Several groups working on the different tools : developpements, tests, txt, photo, tutorial video
Day 3 - Thursday 10.03 / Afternoon
- Several groups working on the different tools : developpements, tests, txt, photo, tutorial video
Night 3 - Multi experiences exchange, deaddrops walk
Day 4 - Friday 11.03 / Morning
- Constitution of other teams/groups to test the tools produced by another group
- Video editing in parallel of the documentation produced
- Web edition in parallel of the documentation produced
Day 4 - Friday 11.03 / Afternoon
- Web edition
- Video editing, encoding, uploading
Night 4 - Well ... ~[OO]~
Day 5 - Saturday 12.03 / Morning
- Point on what we've done, questions about the adequation between the issues of VISION project and what we've produced
- What has to be done between now and the last workshop in Orléans / France (2 > 8 may, Fête01 on the 7th !)
- Who do what ?
- Retroplanning
